January to April 2015: South Coast Construction
Phase 2 - 23 units in a 5 storey development in West Hampstead, NW6
Phase 3 - 10 units commencing in June 2015.

November 2014: Premier Inn
We are pleased to announce our second Premier Inn - a 22 bed extension to the existing
Premier Inn at Castle Marina in Nottingham.
Our first kit is due on site in January 2015.

November 2014: 9 unit housing development in Quaker Lane, Bardwell
Kits already delivered.

October 2014: Premier Inn
24 bed extension to Premier Inn in Kettering.
First kit delivery 17th November, estimated time on site 10 working days.

August 2014: Baxter and King
2x units to be placed 3 storeys up on concrete building in London.
Pictures show where units will be placed by crane, more pictures soon.
August 2014: Retirement Development for Larkfleet Homes
Over 50s scheme comprising of 49x dwelling units and 1x communal building
As can be seen, work has only just started, more pictures soon.
April 2014: Kestrel Timber have just started work to install the timber frames at this new development of 23 homes on the outskirts of Bassingham in Lincolnshire.
Timber frame construction is scheduled to take 12 weeks.

Development by Lindum Group Ltd, in partnership with Waterloo Housing Group and North Kesteven District Council.
Properties are due for completion in December 2014.
April 2014: A new development of 3 and 4 bedroom homes on the outskirts of the Lincolnshire market town of Bourne.
Solar PV panels are fitted to all 14 properties
April 2014: This is a large scale development in Skegness, with around 550 homes being constructed over a number of years.
Block C of this large development is now complete.
Work has started on Block D. More pictures soon.
